Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With tags and hygienic liners intact
- In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Underwear
- Bodysuits without intact hygiene seals
- Gift cards
- Digital products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email support@melynshapewear.com within 72 hours with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
